Nakia Kittrell is a woman of God, a mother of 4, a spiritual leader, and a mentor to many. Nakia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County and a Master of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Old Dominion University. Nakia has worked for various municipalities and non-profit organizations in planning, community services, and affordable housing development. She has used her knowledge of non-profit management to equip hundreds of non-profits, churches, and small businesses through her consulting group, Kittrell Development Group. Nakia is a Kingdom Administrator, trainer, and minister who encourages others to pursue the call of God upon their lives overcome challenges, and build organizations that positively impact others.

Reggie Carter, Father, Believer, and Encourager, currently serves as Director of Operations for the We As Men organization. He has dedicated the previous 20 years to youth development and servant leadership with the Boys and Girls Clubs Movement, with his prior role serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana. 

A passionate, mission-driven professional, Reggie has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, community engagement and strategic partnerships.

Antwonette Bulloch recently resigned from her position as, Adolescent Health and Youth Development Coordinator for the Coastal Health District of the Georgia Department of Public Health to follow the path God has for her. She received her formal education from Georgia State University. She had been with the Coastal Health District for 4 years. She created, collaborated, and/or executed programs such as Because Girls Matter (A Female Education Summit), Effingham County Teen Maze, Empowered Women Empowering Women (Bridging the gap between generations to begin the conversation of female reproductive health), LoveSmart Teen Summit, however the time has come for her to truly pour everything into her true purpose. The goal is to continue creating avenues for herself and youth to advocate for themselves while finding true purpose. Ms. Bulloch is a single mother to a courageous 5 year old. She owns The Kid’N’Play, a mobile toddler soft play company, with her son. She also owns Pooler Baldinos Foodtruck with her cousin.
